Once you’ve booked your assessment, please check your email and fill out the assessment form + book in for a Calendly call. Select which day & time best suits you.

STEP 3

You will be sent a Google meet invite. Please allow 45 minutes for the call. On the call, we’ll assess your current situation, what your goals are & design a plan together that suits your lifestyle and goal.

Do I need to be fit before starting?

No. Most lads who start are unfit, carrying extra weight, and haven’t trained properly in years.
The plan is built around your starting point.

What if I’m really busy with work/kids/life?

That’s exactly who this programme is designed for.
You only need 3–4 hours a week to start seeing results everything fits around your schedule.

Do I need a gym?

No.
If you have a gym, great.
If not, I’ll build you a home plan based on whatever equipment you have even if it’s nothing.
